California law requires that the couple obtain their marriage license from the county clerk prior to the wedding.
Only an officiant who is also a notary can obtain the license on their behalf. At Fantasy Funerals, we offer this service so you have one less thing to worry about before your big day!
We also ensure your license is properly completed before we return it to the county clerk for processing after the wedding.

With our a la carte pricing, you pay only for what you need. And our grim reaper is always available for no extra charge. So choose the grim or our "normal" officiant, the price is the same.
